Top 3 star hotel with over 40 rooms in Hertfordshire seeks a Receptionist with hotel experience to join their busy front of house team. You will be working in a team of 3 receptionists reporting to the Reception Manager. Should have good face to face skills, excellent communication skills and be polite and well-mannered. You will be working across the reception desk, checking in*out, entering booking details on the reservation system, answering guest queries and being the main point of information in this varied role. Working 5 out of 7 days on a 40 hour week on shifts early & late. Good opportunity to join a top hotel that invests in its staff. Send me your CV today!
